Working with others inspires and enlightens. Sometimes it’s learning new skills, seeing a process through fresh eyes, bouncing ideas off one another or just enjoying having some company!

It was also a compliment to be asked by Bruce to design a new show for him at Mount Edgcumbe, Cornwall where he exhibited with Miss Ivy’s home and Garden Show. He wanted to be seen in a new way and stand proud in the interiors world having been used to showing at the Royal Cornwall Show. So I hunted style ideas, looking at shop windows, styled ideas at home and practised in his workshop. We were very proud of our joint efforts- though no one bought a thing it was a great challenge for the pair of us! Importantly it was the new wave of thinking for my work.
